Yes! DesignBoard is completely free for homeowners. Browse designers, get estimates, post projects, and message designers at no charge.
Visit a designer's profile and click Estimator. Select property type, rooms, and materials for an instant cost estimate.
Go to Dashboard → My Projects → Post New Project. Fill in details and designers in your area will respond.
Absolutely! We encourage getting estimates from 3-5 designers to compare pricing and approach.
For Designers
Click "List My Studio" on the homepage and register. Complete your profile with studio details, portfolio, services, and rates.
Packages range from Free to Elite. Premium plans offer more leads, featured placement, priority support, analytics, and DB Verified badge.
Go to Dashboard → DB Verification and submit documents. Our team reviews within 2-3 business days.
Leads come from homeowners viewing your profile, requesting estimates, saving you, or posting projects. Track them in Dashboard → Leads.
Yes! Go to Dashboard → Reviews → Request a Review. Enter client details and we send them a unique review link.
Payments & Billing
All major methods via Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
Both - Listing as well as ADs packages are billed monthly. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
Refunds are case-by-case. Create a Support ticket and our team will assist.
Account & Security
Go to Account Settings → Change Password. Enter current password, then new password twice.
Every user gets a 10-character Unique ID (e.g., D001000042). Generated at registration, never changes. Find it in your dashboard.
Clients: Account Settings → Danger Zone. Designers: create a Support ticket. Deletion is permanent.
